Temp only, Nights, £30p/hr, 10pm to 6am, Mon to Fri

LONDON (SW18)

I am looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to work a short term, 2-3 month contract at a Recycling Facility based in SW18, London.

Key skills and qualifications required for this role are:

-Proven mechanical fitting experience is essential

-Must have good MIG Welding knowledge and experience

-Good Health and Safety awareness

-Ability to work on own initiative

-Good communication skills

-Experience working within the Waste/Recycling industry would be beneficial

Day to day tasks will include:

-Planned and Preventative Maintenance

-Changing bearings

-Repairing side panels Welding

-Cleaning and clearing shafts

-Replacing discs

-Replacing side skirting

-Any other ad hoc duties as required

You will be required to work on the Night shift, 10pm to 6am from Monday to Friday. The Pay Rate for the role is £30p/hr, with Overtime paid at £45p/hr. Please note, this is a Temporary role only, lasting between 2-3 months.
