The Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Management Accountant to join our growing leadership team. This is a key role reporting directly to the CEO, with responsibility for delivering accurate financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making across a multi-country, multi-site business.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts.
• Lead cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Manage supplier relationships and oversee invoice processing.
• Prepare simple, clear financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Collaborate with operational teams across different sites and countries.

Key Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Management Accountant in a multi-country, multi-site business.
• Strong working knowledge of Sage and at least one other accounting system (e.g. Xero).

Demonstrable experience in:

• Monthly management accounts production
• Cash flow forecasting
• Supplier and invoice management
• Financial reporting and analysis
