Cover Supervisor Needed - Weybridge, Surrey

We are looking for an dedicated and adaptable Cover Supervisor to provide general cover at a secondary school we work closey with just outside of Weybridge. This a long-term position starting immediately, until the end of the academic. Potential to stay on permanently.

• Providing general cover across a variety of subjects.
• Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining school policies.
• Supporting students' learning and progress during staff absences.
• Building strong relationships with staff and students.

• Previous experience teaching in a secondary school setting is desirable.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different environments.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a positive approach to teaching.
• A passion for education and helping students achieve their full potential.
• Right to work in the UK is essential.
