The Role:
We re seeking a commercially astute Financial Controller with a strong technical accounting foundation and deep experience in multi-jurisdictional audit and tax compliance. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead financial reporting, ensure compliance across multiple territories, and support strategic initiatives.

The Role:
We re seeking a commercially astute Financial Controller with a strong technical accounting foundation and deep experience in multi-jurisdictional audit and tax compliance. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead financial reporting, ensure compliance across multiple territories, and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee statutory reporting and external audits across EMEA, Australia, and Canada
- Manage complex international tax filings, ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Provide technical accounting leadership (IFRS/UK GAAP), especially around consolidations, FX, and intercompany transactions
- Partner with FP&A to deliver accurate and insightful reporting for senior leadership and the PE board
- Play a key role in process improvement, systems development, and future M&A integration
- Qualified accountant (ACA/CA or equivalent)
- Strong technical accounting background, ideally trained in practice (Big 4 or Top 10)
- Proven experience handling multi-jurisdictional audit and tax matters
- Exposure to PE-backed environments and rapid growth businesses a plus
- Confident, proactive communicator with strong commercial awareness
- Work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting with real impact
