The Role

The school are seeking a Year 2 Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons, support pupils' development across Key Stage 1 and create a positive classroom environment.

Responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the Year 2 curriculum Supporting pupils' academic and social development Monitoring pupil progress and providing targeted support where needed Creating a positive and engaging classroom environment Working collaboratively with the KS1 team Building strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching within a primary classroom setting Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum Confidence in behaviour management A positive and proactive attitude The ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong communication and organisational skills A genuine passion for primary education
