This is a key role as you will be joining as Partner & Head of Property of their Residential and Commercial Property Department

Role

As Partner and Head of the Residential & Commercial Property department, you will have a lot of autonomy. Everyone is encouraged to get involved with networking and business development and you will have the opportunity to further grow your team and department and really make your mark. They welcome new ideas and decisions are made quickly.

The work handled by the team include a wide range of conveyancing services eg rights of way, restrictive covenants, auction sales/purchases, but to let, freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, lease assignments and extensions, leasehold enfranchisement, residential property development, lease renewals, business renewals and the acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.

You will be working independently on your own caseload and have experience in supervising work carried out by others.
