Compliance Manager in Consulting Firm, West End

Compliance Manager required for International Tax Consultancy in the West End.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Governance Manager for a boutique finance consultancy in the West End.

This company are a corporate services and accounting provider to private client both individuals and corporate.

The role is London based but your duties will also relate to Dublin and Guernsey too.

This position could be either part-time (30 hours a week) or a full-time position.

Responsibilities include:

Keep the company updated with regulatory and statutory changes making sure the company adhere to its legal and regulatory obligations.

Make sure policies and procedures are kept up to date and comply with legal and regulatory obiligations.

You will also carry out annual business risk assessments and conduct KYC onboarding including web searches for new clients.

This role is a stand-alone role and will not include people management. An international compliance association qualification is an essential requirement for this role.

You will also act as compliance officer for the Guernsey office and liaise with HMRC and Tax Inspectors including preparing all the necessary information and documentation required.

An ICA International Diploma in Governance Risk and Compliance is required as well as a University Degree ideally in Economics, Finance or Law.

You will have a good working knowledge and experience of corporate governance and company secretarial duties.

You will have a methodical and organised approach to deliver a high-quality service as well a excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The company is based in Central West End, the role will initially be office based for the first few months and then will become hybrid on a 3/2 basis following on.
