Hyperion Partners are proud to be working in partnership with a leading luxury residential managing agent to recruit an exceptional Day Concierge for one of their flagship developments in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a prestigious team delivering a 5-star service to discerning residents and guests.

As Day Concierge, you will be the face of the development-delivering a first-class welcome and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and service. You will play a key role in ensuring the daily smooth running of the front-of-house operation.

• Warmly welcoming residents and visitors, providing an outstanding first impression

• Managing access control, parcel handling and deliveries

• Coordinating with the on-site management and security teams

• Monitoring the lobby and communal areas to ensure a pristine environment

• Assisting with resident enquiries in a courteous and professional manner

• Maintaining up-to-date records and incident logs as required

• Previous experience in a concierge or front-of-house role, ideally within a luxury residential or hospitality setting

• Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and a natural commitment to service excellence

• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure

• A proactive, helpful and approachable demeanour

• Right to work in the UK and excellent references

• Day shifts

• Typically 07:00 - 19:00, 4 days on / 4 days off rota
