Warehouse Team Leader - Day Shift

Salary £30,000 - £33,000 per annum

Hours: Tuesday to Friday 06:00 - 17:15

• ? Lead and motivate a team to meet daily operational targets.
• ? Oversee picking, packing, dispatch, and goods-in processes.
• ? Ensure accurate stock replenishment and inventory control.
• ? MUST be able to use a hand scanner confidently and train others.
• ? Maintain high standards of efficiency on warehouse systems - ideally with SAP proficiency.
• ? Take a hands-on approach and support your team on the shop floor when needed.
• ? Monitor performance, provide feedback, and support team development.
• ? Ensure health & safety and cleanliness standards are upheld.
