Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in construction, demonstrating proficiency in various building techniques and tools. This role involves working on a range of projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Use heavy machinery appropriately
Install and repair different types of building components, such as foundations, framing, and finishes
Erect, maintain and dismantle scaffolding
Soundproof or waterproof structures
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements

Proven experience in building or construction roles is essential.
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely.
Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing techniques, masonry work, and roofing installations is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good physical fitness is required for lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
A valid driver's licence may be advantageous for travel between job sites.
