CSA Project Manager - Frankfurt, Germany
Salary - 85-95,000 per annum plus additional benefits
My client are a principal contractor working on data centre projects all across mainland Europe. They operate in Germany, The Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Belgium. They are currently recruiting for a CSA Project Manager to join a new project in Frankfurt, Germany. This is an opportunity to work in a different country and to continue development.
CSA Project Manager responsibilities:
- Package Management
Lead and manage the CSA packages for the data centre project, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. - Coordination with Stakeholders
Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution of the CSA works. - Risk Management
Identify potential risks and issues in the CSA packages, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure the project remains on track. - Contractor and Supplier Management
Oversee the selection and performance of subcontractors and suppliers for CSA works, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and project requirements. - Quality Control & Compliance
Ensure all CSA works comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications, conducting regular inspections and quality checks. - Progress Reporting & Documentation
Provide regular updates to senior management, reporting on the progress, challenges, and achievements of the CSA package, ensuring accurate documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Successful candidate requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil or structural Engineering or equivalent
- Experience working with civil, structural and fit out works.
- At least 5 years of project management experience
