Job Overview:

My client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a prestigious high-end residential project in South West London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury residential construction, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce H&S regulations, conduct site inspections, and ensure best practices are followed.
• Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site staff, fostering a productive and professional work environment.
• Quality Control: Ensure all finishes meet the high-end specifications expected in luxury residential projects.
• Programme Coordination: Work closely with project managers, architects, and designers to ensure smooth progress and problem resolution.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure expectations are met.
• Procurement & Logistics: Coordinate materials, deliveries, and resources to maintain efficiency on-site.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and compliance documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing high-end residential projects in London.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and finishes specific to luxury properties.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
