Are you a passionate and experienced Chef looking for a rewarding leadership role in a warm and welcoming environment? We are seeking a Chef Manager to lead our kitchen team in a high-quality private care home, ensuring our residents enjoy delicious, nutritious meals every day.

Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals tailored to residents' needsPlan and create menus that are nutritious, varied, and cater to dietary requirementsManage stock and suppliers to ensure fresh ingredients and cost controlMaintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanlinessEngage with residents to understand their preferences and enhance their dining experience

? A passionate chef with experience in a leadership role (e.g., Head Chef, Kitchen Manager)? A strong understanding of nutrition and dietary needs, especially for older adults? Excellent team management and organisational skills? Knowledge of food safety regulations (Level 3 Food Hygiene desirable)? A caring and compassionate approach to food service
