Hourly Rate: 42.76
Contract Type: Locum - Full-time
Start Date: Immediate Start

Key Responsibilities:
Develop trusted relationships with adolescents to address their emotional, social, and practical needs
Conduct assessments and create individualised support plans
Work closely with families, schools, healthcare providers, and other professionals
Respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns, including risks related to exploitation, mental health, and homelessness
Ensure young people's voices are central to all decisions affecting their care

What We're Looking For:
Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
Proven experience supporting adolescents in complex and high-risk situations
Solid knowledge of youth development, trauma-informed approaches, and safeguarding protocols
Strong communication, engagement, and problem-solving skills
Minimum 3 years PQE, including 3 years permanent experience in a UK Local Authority
