Concierge

A large international organisation is seeking a Concierge to provide a customer service, building inspections and proactive garden management to a prestigious residential site in Central London. The Concierge will need to have previous experience working in a highly professional environment similar to this role, have excellent relationship building skills, and is happy to work outdoors. This role will have a lot of physical activity as much of the work will be outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver all concierge services required for the properties within your allocated section, this could include supporting vulnerable adults
• Own customer communication within the buildings, keeping customers informed on any issues as required
• Being the face of the team, and the first point of contact for customers
• Build trust with the customers, capturing important feedback
• Work with suppliers to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard
• Do Building Inspections, ensuring safety and security at all times
• Proactively manage the gardens, and work with the Garden Landscape team
• Work with the wider Operations and Company teams contributing to sustainability and people positive goals

Knowledge, skills and qualifications:

Essential:

• Have strong customer service experience and ideally worked in a concierge type role
• Managed customer expectations and with excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
• Have basic understanding of maintenance tasks
• Work as part of a team to deliver customer requirements
• Be happy to work in an outdoors environment
• Be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check

Salary: £35,000
