They are known for their long term staff retention and are now looking to grow their friendly team of 20.In this varied role you will work across London as you travel on public transport (or bike if preferred) to primarily high-end residential, and some commercial properties. You will undertake routine maintenance and minor repairs in addition to assisting with HVAC servicing and taking samples whilst on site.This stable role would suit a Maintenance Technician from a Facilities or similar background looking for a varied position within a well-established company offering a good work life balance and nice working environment.The Role:

• Perform day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs
• Assist with servicing HVAC systems and take samples
• Inspect properties and report on any faults
• Working with a range of high-end residential and commercial clients
• Monday-Friday role with occasional overtime and call outs
• Covering a local patch around London using public transport (costs covered)
