Are you a passionate and nurturing Early Years Practitioner who believes in the power of play, nature, and child-led learning? We are a Reggio Emilia and Forest School-inspired nursery, providing a rich and engaging environment where children can explore, create, and thrive.

We are looking for a Level 3 qualified practitioner to join our dedicated team. If you love working with young children, enjoy being outdoors in all weathers, and want to be part of a setting that values child-led experiences, we would love to hear from you!

Your Role:

Providing a warm, nurturing, and inspiring environment for children
Supporting children's development through play-based, exploratory learning
Being outdoors daily, embracing nature-led experiences
Building strong relationships with children, families, and the wider team
Supporting children's independence, curiosity, and creativity

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
A passion for child-led, play-based learning
An interest in Forest School and outdoor learning
A warm, positive, and collaborative approach
Experience working with young children in an early years setting
