Planner

I am currently recruiting for a Planner to assist on the input of renewables projects for a highly-backed IPP with a strong development pipeline of Solar, Wind and Hybrid Storage projects that they plan to construct.

The primary focus of this position will be to project manage the development of renewable energy sites from site identification, through the consenting process working closely with the team and relevant stakeholders. The right candidate will assist the Lead Planner in all aspects of project development including: planning strategy, EIA screening requests, planning application preparation and post-permission matters.

Ou client are growing rapidly and doubled in size last year, comprising of land specialists, engineers, planning and development specialists. Their strategy is to develop greenfield projects, co-develop and acquire ready to build projects, innkeeping with their IPP model. In 2023, they secured over 1GW of capacity and are rapidly expanding their project pipeline. Their target is to develop more than 5GW of solar and wind projects by 2025
