The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for a technical Financial Planner to join a growing team and work closely with a Senior Planner who currently manages an extensive client base and is looking to transfer some of these to the incoming planner.

The successful candidate will deliver personalised financial planning solutions across investments, pensions, protection, and estate planning.

You will receive paraplanning and admin support, alongside leads and some clients to help you build your client base across the West Midlands.

Due to the nature and complexity of the requests from the HNW clients, the ideal person would be technically strong, with excellent communication skills.

There is an Excellent Bonus structure and a longer-term opportunity to become an equity partner within the business for the right individual

Candidate Profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and a desire to continue working towards Chartered status.
• Previous experience within a Financial Planning or Wealth Management role
• Signed off with CAS previously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for business development.
