RE/PSHE Teacher - Job Type: Temporary (1 Term for Autumn 2025)

We are seeking a dedicated RE/PSHE Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Surrey for the Autumn term. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic educator who is passionate about delivering high-quality Religious Education and Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE) lessons to students. This is a temporary role to support the school with the end of their Maternity cover.
Day-to-day of the role: - Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging RE and PSHE lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and promotes respect for all cultures and beliefs.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic development.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to integrate cross-curricular themes and to enhance student learning experiences.
- Participate in school meetings and events, and contribute to the school community.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching RE and PSHE in a secondary school environment.
- Strong understanding of the current curriculum and teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
