Warehouse Team Leader

Location: Wotton, Surrey (own transport required due to rural location)

The Warehouse Team Leader will assist with the assembling and packaging of our consumables prior to shipment world-wide. Ensuring that their team operates efficiently, safely, and in alignment with organizational goals.

What you will be doing

Performing a variety of coordinating, routing and material handling duties to meet production schedules. Attention to detail and quality of workmanship are vital in performance of this role

• Picks and delivers materials within and outside the company
• Maintains records on material flow
• Monitor flow of materials and parts between departments
• Expedite parts to remedy shortage problems
• Assisting in the clean room assembling consumables
• Carry out other such tasks as required from time to time.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• To become the central point of cover in the absence of the Supervisor
• Be a member of the Health & Safety Committee

Ability to communicate clearly with their team, as well as with management and other departments.
