Position: IFA Support Team Leader
Location: Caterham, Surrey (2 days per week working from home)
Minimum Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years' IFA administration experience; Must have experience managing a team; Possess strong technical processing skills; Possess a strong platforms background (Standard Life and Elevate experience ideal); XPlan experience ideal but not essential.
Salary/Package: Up to £50,000; Annual bonus; 25 days' annual leave; Pension (5% employee, 5% employer); Study support; Income Protection; Death in Service

Our client is an award-winning, UK Top 10 IFA firm based in Caterham, Surrey. The company has significant plans to grow in 2025 and has just begun its search for an experienced IFA Support Team Leader to join its rapidly-expanding Administration team. The IFA Support Team Leader position allows for hybrid working, with the successful candidate working from home 2 days per week.
