- Ensure tasks are balanced across the team and that daily operations run efficiently
- Lead regular 1:1s, set goals, and support individual development plans for team members
- Coordinate and document daily team briefings to keep everyone aligned
- Manage rotas, authorise leave, and monitor attendance to maintain smooth operations
- Act as Centre Manager when required, stepping in to oversee all aspects of the centre
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and client service throughout the centre
