Site Based Project Manager

Job Title: Site Based Project Manager

Location: South East England

Salary & Benefits: £50,000-£60,000 per annum, Car Allowance, Healthcare, Discretionary Bonus

Certification Requirements:

- CSCS Black Card

- First Aid Certification

- Asbestos Awareness

- Fire Warden Certification

Projects:

- Distribution & Logistic Projects, Externals, Internals, Civils

- Job values ranging from £2-£4M.

Team Structure:

- Site setup will entail the Site Based Project Manager, a Site Manager, A Quantity Surveyor and a Visiting Contracts Manager

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and run the project, ensuring successful execution and delivery.

- Manage client meetings and foster positive relationships.

- Chair progress meetings and contractors' reports.

- Handle Requests for Information (RFIs) and adapt to design changes.

- Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors (QS) for financial management.

- Focus on refit and civil engineering projects within logistics and distribution

Preferred Experience:

- Familiarity with logistics, distribution, and warehouse environments.

- Working on civils, externals and distribution projects

- Project value experience up to £5M

- Based in or local to the South East

- 4+ years at Project Manager level

- Happy to be site based Monday-Friday
