Responsibilities - Independent Primary School Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to Class 4 (equivalent to Year 3)
• Inspire curiosity, independence, and confidence in learners
• Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively, maintaining high expectations
• Contribute to the wider school community, including extra-curricular activities and school events
• Liaise with parents and staff to ensure every child feels supported and challenged

Requirements:

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching at Key Stage 2 level (preferably Year 3 or equivalent)
• A genuine passion for child-centred learning and independent education
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Willingness to contribute positively to the wider school life
