We are seeking a motivated and skilled Red Team expert to lead and build a small team to deliver Red Team service.

Description

• Provide leadership and guidance to the Red Team department.
• Conduct and manage penetration testing and cyber threat simulation exercises.
• Provide cyber advisory and perform pre-sales duties, identify potential business opportunities
• Develop and implement strategic responses to cyber threats.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure company-wide cybersecurity.
• Conduct cybersecurity training for employees across the organisation.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on cyber threats and responses.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in the cybersecurity field.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Profile

• Demonstrated experience in Red Teaming
• Hands-on experience in penetration testing
• With Red Team related certifications like CHECK, CREST will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• With team leading experience will be an advantage
