Project Manager

Our client has an amazing opportunity for a Project Manager to join their Fa ade Design Team. Working in conjunction with the Project Director the project manager will take a lead on projects including budget, procurement, design and specifications, schedule, site monitoring to ensure the successful delivery of a high-quality bespoke safe, aesthetic and functional fa ade solutions.

ROLE:

You will be able to interpret and produce written specifications, fabrication-level detailed drawings, and sketches.

Utilise your knowledge of design techniques, technical standards to relevant codes.

Ensure the production of deliverables to agreed timelines and budget

Conduct off-site and on-site inspections to assess production status, ensuring the quality.

Track progress vs. package programme, identifying and implementing corrective actions to meet deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A relevant Degree: MSc, MEng, RIBA / ARB or relevant qualification

EXPERIENCE:

Circa 7 years of experience working within fa ade industry

Working knowledge of industry Fire standards and experience of Fire Remediation

Experienced in Curtain walling, SFS, and relevant Fa ade systems

Previous experience of Project Management
