Senior Site Manager

This will be a Senior Site Manager role to join a project based in Chichester working on a multiphase residential project of 80+ units for a regional developer that specialise in timber frame new builds. You will be reporting into the Project Manager. This will consist of managing both site and customer relations.

Tier 1 developer experience is necessary. all candidates must have a Black CSCS or above, SMSTS and First Aid.

Preferably worked on large scale residential projects, managed multiple units as well as all sub-contractors and tradespeople.
