Reactive Maintenance & PPM Electrician (EICR & Testing)
Location: Chelmsford and surrounding areas
Start Date: March / April 2025

Valoris Group Limited is working in partnership with a respected electrical contractor to recruit an experienced electrician for a reactive maintenance and PPM role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to maximise their earnings, with paid travel time and a package that rewards hard work and performance.

Package:

• 48,000 to 55,000 per year, including bonuses and incentives
• Paid from 7 am daily, including travel time
• 50 per callout plus double-time pay, door-to-door
• 40 per night working away, with accommodation fully covered
• Company van, fuel card, and expenses covered
• KPI bonus scheme rewarding performance
• Career progression with regular pay reviews
• Tools, uniform, PPE, and mobile phone provided

Responsibilities:

• Conduct EICR inspections, testing, and reporting
• Handle reactive fault finding and electrical maintenance
• Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Ensure compliance with current UK electrical regulations

Requirements:

• Experience in EICR, testing, and commercial maintenance
• 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid UK driving licence with flexibility to travel as required
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
