Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client enquiries via phone and email, providing excellent service and managing ongoing client relationships.
• Process new enquiries, gather project details, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Prepare quotes, organise project documentation, and maintain detailed records.
• Address client and internal queries, ensuring smooth workflows and job readiness.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support daily operational tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales or administrative support, ideally within surveying or construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
