Modern Workplace Senior Consultant - key skills in SharePoint, Co-pilot & Power Automate

We're seeking a dynamic consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions. You'll architect and deploy SharePoint Online environments, generate and automate workflows using Power Automate, and embed intelligence via Microsoft 365 Co-pilot and Co-pilot Studio. You'll run discovery workshops, interpret client needs into technical designs and solutions, create compelling demos and proposals, and guide customers through smooth implementations. Strong presenters and communicators are essential-you'll engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, write high-quality documentation, and mentor junior team members.

Must-have technical experience:

• Detailed knowledge of SharePoint Online: site design, permissions, migration, governance
• Proficiency in Power Automate: building flows for automating business processes
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Co-pilot, Co-pilot Studio for AI-driven content, search, and automation in M365
• Background with additional M365 tools such as Teams, Planner, Forms, Viva

What you'll do:

• Lead technical design, architecture, and full lifecycle deployment of Modern Workplace solutions
• Build and display high-impact product demos showcasing SharePoint, Power Automate, and Co-pilot
• Simplify business challenges into technical solutions and documentation
• Drive technical strategy during pre-sales and tendering, producing professional proposals
• Deliver end-user or train-the-trainer workshops and mentoring

You are likely to excel with:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and workflow automation
• Proven ability to apply Co-pilot/AI in real-world workplace scenarios
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and written presentation skills
• Comfortable working independently or within cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
