Role Overview:
As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating high-quality components using TIG welding techniques. You will work with a variety of metals and materials, ensuring all welds meet the required specifications and industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on a range of metals including stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel.
• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine welding requirements and specifications.
• Work to tight tolerances and ensure all welds are neat, strong, and meet the highest quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to.
• Inspect and test welded assemblies to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Carry out general maintenance and care of welding equipment and tools.
• Identify and resolve any welding-related issues to maintain production flow.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a TIG Welder, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Skilled in welding a variety of materials, including stainless steel and aluminium, with an excellent understanding of welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality welds.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures and the ability to work safely in a workshop environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively.
