ECS Resource group are currently working with a market leading Technology and Services provider, assisting them with the search for a SC Cleared BMC Consultant to manage and support BMC Helix ITSM solutions.

You will need to have active SC Clearance to be considered for this role, candidates without this will be rejected.

As a BMC Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining BMC Helix/Remedy solutions to meet clients' needs.
• Plan, implement, and transform the clients IT operations using BMC Helix solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ITSM solutions.
• Provide operational support on BHOM.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ITSM processes and workflows.

Experience with the following technologies:

• BMC Information Technology Services Management
• BMC Discovery
• BMC Helix Operations Management
• BMC Helix Continuous Optimization
• BMC Helix ITSM
