Our client is a luxury residential refurb company.

They are looking for a Site Manager with a history of working on and completing luxury residential refurbishments throughout London valued at 2mil+. Their projects are usually around a year in duration and are based in London's most exclusive postcodes. The right candidate will be offered future projects to move on to after.

This is a great opportunity to work with one of London's most prestigious residential refurbishment companies!

The ideal Site Manager will have/be:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Site Manager working on high end residential refurbishments
• From a Carpentry background
• Excellent organisational skills
• High level of attention to detail
