We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Coordination Manager with previous experience working in the Building Services Contractor field and/or MEP BIM Bureau environment, to work for a prestigious and tier 1 Building Services Contractor.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the development of the fully coordinated MEP model, working closely with the subcontracting UK Bureaus to ensure the drawing package is delivered accurately and on time
- Resolving MEP Coordination issues on site, working with the Project Manager and site teams
- Run weekly Clash Detection/Model review meetings
- Manage all phases of the drawing package
- Work with the internal BIM Team for BIM related queries as well as keeping the Company Head of CAD updated with progress
Requirements:
- Skilled in Revit MEP, Navisworks and BIM 360.
- Excellent MEP Coordination experience.
- Extensive Building Services experience.
- Previous experience in MEP Contractor environment.
