Maintenance Electrical Engineer
Location: London Central - On Site
Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

You are an experienced Electrical Engineer with a passion for maintaining and enhancing some of Londons' most iconic buildings? Our client is looking for a skilled professional to join their PPM team.

The Role:

As an experienced Maintenance Engineer, you ll bring your expertise & experience of PPM to:

Organise and execute mechanical and electrical tasks efficiently.
Respond swiftly to equipment breakdowns and reactive work requests.
Conduct scheduled maintenance checks and ensure compliance with client standards.
Maintain detailed documentation for audits and legislative purposes.
Prioritise health and safety in every task.

What you ll have:

Relevant City and Guilds/NVQ Level 3 (18th Edition desirable).
Proven background in a Facilities Management environment.
Proactive, detail-oriented, strong interpersonal skills, and a team player.
Excellent customer service, ability to work under pressure, and effective planning and prioritisation.
