Your Next Job What You ll Be Doing
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities during the fit-out phase of the Telehouse Data Centre project. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing subcontractors and trades to ensure timely and quality completion of work.
• Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders to align site activities with project timelines.
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Managing site documentation, including daily reports, safety records, and material inventories.

They are currently undertaking the expansion of a large Data Centre in Canary Wharf, a six-storey new building within a live data centre campus. The project involves demolition, construction of concrete cores with a steel structure, installation of curtain wall and rainscreen cladding façades, and a high-specification M&E fit-out.
