Senior Quantity Surveyor

We have a role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with the City of London office of a leading Southern Ireland-headquartered main contractor on a luxury care home with a build value of £35m. A site-based role on the scheme in Highgate, the project is a further award from a niche developer which has become repeat client and promises a pipeline of similar high end retirement facilities in prestigious locations throughout the capital.

The Opportunity

• Cradle to grave responsibility for the agreeing of trade accounts and optimizing of client payments on prestigious, high profile central London developments.
• A pipeline of profitable contracts in the £30m to £100 value range enabling forward career progression opportunities

Candidate Essentials

• BSc QS or BSc Construction Management qualified.
• 10+ years' experience with a main contractor or self-build developer.
• A track record of successful commercial management on building major projects in London.

With interviews available from w/c Monday 6th October, salary is a highly competitive £90k to £110k + package.
