- You must have contacts within the industry (Commercial agents and project managers)

- Be willing to network frequently / attend events and meets.

- Have strong knowledge of the Design and Build industry within the UK

- Have experience working in the UK's Design and Build industry with a STEADY career history.

- A track record of work you have won / leads you can generate.
