Bookkeeper Maldon Full Time £35,000 per year

Our client is looking for someone like you to join their team!

They are a well-known and trusted one-stop shop for the fit-out and construction industry, supplying everything from bespoke signage to tea and coffee. Their mission is simple: to have everything a customer could possibly need in one place.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Experience with Sage 200 and Sage 50 Payroll
• Familiarity with Nominal and Stock Management
• AAT Level 3 or equivalent qualification
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to think ahead and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Credit Hound and Paperless experience are a bonus, but not essential

What will your role look like?

• Manage Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger
• Handle Bank Reconciliation
• Complete Quarterly VAT Returns
• Prepare End of Year Accounts
• Process Payroll
• Report directly to Directors
