• Inspection of properties and preparing plans for repairs, refurbishments, and improvements.
• Diagnosing issues like damp and mould or structural defects and recommending practical solutions.
• Managing improvement projects, ensuring high-quality work and great customer service.
• Supporting compliance with safety regulations and provide technical advice.
• Helping develop the asset management plans focusing on property condition and costs.

• A background in building surveying or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of property issues and repair methods.
• Familiarity with housing standards and safety regulations.
• Great communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Confidence using tools like Microsoft Word and Excel.
