Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly experienced freelance Quantity Surveyor to join the offsite manufacturing division of a leading residential developer in Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic and innovative environment as part of an established team.

The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Support the offsite manufacturing division by managing and placing orders efficiently.
• Ensure cost control, procurement, and contract management are executed to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with the existing team to deliver smooth and timely procurement processes.
• Leverage experience in modular construction (advantageous but not essential).

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor, with a proven track record in residential development or manufacturing.
• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills, ensuring successful collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Bring experience in modular construction or offsite manufacturing (preferred, but not mandatory).

This role is offered inside IR35 only.
