About the Role:

We need a sharp and organised Events Assistant Manager to help with the planning and running of events from start to finish. You'll be the key support for the Events Manager, helping to make sure everything goes off without a hitch and that clients are left happy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Events Manager in planning and executing a wide range of events.
• Lead and manage event staff on the day, making sure everyone knows their role and feels supported.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and paying close attention to their needs.
• Handle logistics, from coordinating with vendors to managing setups and breakdowns.
• Assist with administrative tasks to keep everything organised behind the scenes.
• Be a problem-solver on the ground, ready to handle any issues that come up.

What We're Looking For:

• You must have experience in event management. Whether you've been a supervisor, a senior team member, or an assistant manager before, you need to know how to run an event.
• Strong organisational skills are non-negotiable. You have to be able to juggle multiple tasks and keep everything on track.
• Good leadership qualities. You're someone who can motivate a team, not just tell them what to do.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and for making events special for guests.
• You need to be a calm head in a busy environment and communicate clearly with clients and your team.
