Hybrid Working Employed Role No Client Book Required

Are you a driven and experienced Financial Advisor looking to join a well-established, high-performing team in Kent? This is a rare opportunity to manage a substantial client base while growing organically through referrals and local connections.

Join a financial planning firm recently acquired and now part of a wider well-respected group with over £6BN in assets under management, 85 planners, and 20+ offices across the UK. This particular office in Kent has £120M+ AUM across 260 households, where you'll be responsible for approximately £80M of this, working with around 180 clients.

This is an employed position only with no need to bring a client book. Instead, we're looking for someone proactive, self-sufficient, and passionate about building relationships and expanding their reach locally.

• Salary: £50,000 - £75,000+ negotiable depending on experience
• Bonus: Paid monthly based on new business written
• Review: Basic salary reviewed after 12 months, with increases tied to performance
• Funded Support: Full funding and support for Chartered exams and CPD
• Flexibility: Hybrid working available, but must be local as 75% of client meetings are held on-site
• Culture: Small, close-knit team with a strong emphasis on cultural fit

• Level 4 Diploma qualified (Chartered preferred but not essential)
• Solid experience in financial planning
• Self-sufficient and confident in generating new business organically
• Comfortable managing a large book of HNW clients and delivering high-quality advice
• Local to Tonbridge or surrounding areas for regular in-office meetings
