FLT Operator - Warehouse (Reach & Counterbalance)

Location: Kempston

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

We are seeking experienced Forklift Truck (FLT) Operators who are fully qualified to operate both Reach and Counterbalance trucks to join our busy warehouse team. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with varied warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles
• Picking, packing, and moving stock around the warehouse
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

Requirements:

• Must hold valid Reach and Counterbalance FLT licences
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting when required
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
