What We Require: Essential Qualifications & Skills

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience working with secondary-aged students with SEMH or behaviour needs.
  • A confident, empathetic, and consistent approach.
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
  • A background in pastoral mentoring, youth work, PRU, or safeguarding.
  • An understanding of trauma-informed and restorative practices.
