Aztrum is delighted to be working closely with a RIBA Chartered Practice based in East London, who specialise in High End Residential projects.

As an Architect, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of architectural projects from concept through to completion. You will be responsible for technical detailing, preparing working drawings, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong technical skills and experience in project coordination.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:

• Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to develop innovative solutions.
• Coordinate and manage project documentation throughout all project stages.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure quality control.

Requirements for this Architect role:

• Degree in Architecture and ARB/RIBA registration (or equivalent).
• Strong design and technical expertise with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations, planning policies, and construction methods.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine interest in leading a productive team.
