An expanding sustainability and energy consultancy based is seeking an experienced OCDEA to join their team and work on a variety of commercial and residential projects across the South East. You'll receive the support and resources needed to further develop your professional skills and advance your career.

The OCDEA selected will be delivering sustainability and energy advice across the construction sector to ensure compliance with Part L & Part O regulations and EPCs. You'll be carrying out SAP assessments, developing procedures to improve efficiency within the company, providing training to junior team members and offering consultancy and written reports during land acquisition and planning stages.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• OCDEA accreditation with experience conducting SAP Assessments
• Strong knowledge of Part L & Part O building regulations and planning requirements
• Residence in or near London
• Full right to work in the UK
