SSSTS Supervisor - Construction to Supervise Spotters on site

Waltham Cross/ Enfield

SOS Group are recruiting for Supervisor to manage a team of Spotters for a large scale data project in Waltham Cross. This is ongoing works for the right individual.

Duties

• Managing Spotters working for different contractors
• Ensure H&S compliance
• Overseeing and directing workers who are operating heavy machinery
• Provide clear & safe direction to Spotters working with the MEWP operators
• Coordinate with Site Management team

Applicant requirements

• SSSTS or SMSTS Qualification and experience as working as supervisor
• Must have CSCS card
• Good Communicator able to deliver clear instructions
• Able to motivate and deliver performance from team
• Must be able to provide work references
