• Location: Hanslope Park, near Milton Keynes
• Salary: Total Package £71, 426 (Salary £71,101, Recruitment and Retention Allowance of £325)
• Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week. Flexible/compressed working patterns available.

Your role

You ll set the strategic direction of your department and ensure it runs smoothly, with every project completed on-time and to the highest of standards. With your extensive knowledge and skills, you ll oversee the development and management of your team, driving standards, performance and innovation to encourage a mindset of continuous improvement. You ll also manage risks for resources, quality, technology and environmental factors that affect service delivery. And, you ll coach and mentor the wider Senior Team Leads to support your colleagues development.

What you need

You ll have in-depth experience in an engineering manufacturing environment, with proven ability to lead, manage and motivate people. Never one to stand still, you ll bring a mindset of continuous improvement. And your ability to think critically and take the initiative will help you to make well-informed decisions. Self-motivated and adaptable, you ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You ll also be empathetic and able to work with people from all backgrounds.
